oakallow uses a prepaid credit model. Credits belong to your organization, not to individual user accounts. Every team member who has owner-level access can fund the org, and every billable API call deducts from the org's balance.
You purchase credits via Stripe on the web, or via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing in the mobile apps. Credits are consumed by billable API calls at $0.00025 per call ($0.25 per 1,000 calls). Charges accrue and are deducted in whole cents, one cent for every 40 calls. New accounts get a default organization seeded with $5.00 in free credits (20,000 calls), which expire after 30 days.
- Starter: $9.99 for $10 in credits (40,000 calls)
- Builder: $24.99 for $25 in credits (100,000 calls)
- Growth: $49.99 for $50 in credits, plus a $2.50 bonus (210,000 calls)
- Scale: $99.99 for $100 in credits, plus a $10 bonus (440,000 calls)
When your organization's balance reaches zero, billable API calls against that organization are rejected until an owner adds more credits (or until the org has opted into team-pool fallback, in which case the team pool covers the overrun). Management operations are always free regardless of balance.
